Microsoft Teams Meeting

We are hosting a Public Meeting as part of the public consultation on amendments to the Placing Request Policy.

Join Meeting

Due to current restrictions, the Public Meeting will be held online using Microsoft Teams.

Please click on the Join Meeting button above to join the meeting on Wednesday 10th November no later than 5 minutes before the start to enable us to ensure everyone has gained access before the meeting begins.

The meeting will be recorded for the sole purpose of producing a transcript, following which it will be deleted.

If you have any issues connecting to the meeting, please phone 07385 378 417. We only have one line available for support so please leave a message if you don't get through straight away and we will phone you back.

How to join the meeting

From the App

1. Click on the Join Meeting link above. You can also right click to copy the hyperlink.
2. Turn on your camera, select Background filters, and choose how you'd like to appear:

• Select a custom background.
• Select Blur.

1. Choose your audio settings.
2. Select Join now.

Join a Teams meeting on the web

Don't have the Teams app? You can still join a Teams meeting.

1. Click on the Join Meeting link above. You can also right click to copy the hyperlink.
2. You have three choices:

• Download the Windows app: Download the Teams desktop app.
• Continue on this browser: Join a Teams meeting on the web.
• Open your Teams app: If you already have the Teams app, go right to your meeting.

1. Type your name.
2. Choose your audio and video settings.
3. Select Join now.
