Information Provided by the Principle Petitioner

The principle petitioner lives in close proximity to the main stage of the Doune the Rabbit Hole Festival. The petitioner raised concerns about the impact this festival is having on local residents and their properties.

The principle petitioner asked that when the Council grants a license for the festival, the health and well-being of residents is considered.

Reason the petition was assessed as invalid

The Council is unable to accept petitions about:

  • Matters which are the subject of individual planning, licensing or other similar regulatory processes where there are already procedures in place to consider objections and an appeal against a decision.

I think this refers to Licence Considerations and the information provided by a Principal Petitioner. License is a verb, and principle is a noun.
