The last time I obtained FOI information Stirling Council lost £136,000 providing electricity to car owners plus incurred an overhead cost of £784,000 running this loss making non statutory service.
What were the same figures for last year?
If loss making I propose this service is not tenable and should be immediately discontinued.

If services like garden waste collection (an essential service for most) are to be paid for, then services which are only enjoyed by a minority (those who can afford an electric car) should be scaled down to the point of break-even or profit.
