STIRLING POLLINATOR ACTION PLAN 2021 – 2027 lacking targets 2021-27

Its great to see a proposed Stirling Pollinator Action Plan and I strongly support the proposed vision, objectives and many of the actions.
Stirling Council has previously declared a Climate and Nature Emergency, and consulted on a Climate and Nature Emergency Plan (2021 -2045), and the Alive with Nature Plan (2021-2045). These are mentioned in the proposed Stirling Pollinator Action Plan (which covers 2021 - 2027).
Unfortunately many of the proposed targets and actions in the Stirling Pollinator Action Plan (where they have stated dates), fall outwith the period of the plan (2021-2027), and therefore lack any sense of urgency/emergency. Effectively kicking the can down the road. Of the 10 stated Targets in the Pollinator Action Plan, 4 have no associated dates, 2 mention 2030 and 6 mention 2045. Of the 29 stated Actions in the Pollinator Action Plan, only 2 of the 29 have stated target dates that fall within the time period of the plan (both for 2021).
Its great to show long-term vision, but during a declared climate and nature emergency, more ambitious short-term delivery targets and dates are required for each of the targets and actions mentioned in the plan that actually fall within the lifespan of the plan ie 2021-2027.
