New Housing Allocations Policy

This consultation is open to Stirling Council tenants and people who have applied for rehousing within Stirling Council only.

The Housing Allocations Policy was changed in July 2021 and we are now undertaking a review of how the new Policy has been working. We would like to hear the views of Council tenants and applicants on changes we think will help people in housing need across the Stirling area by completing the survey below.

The Council’s Housing Allocations Policy sets out how we let empty Council homes and who we give priority for housing to. The survey gives more information on each potential change before asking for your views on these.
