Dunblane
There is evidence that Dunblane held burgh status in the 13th and 14th centuries. The bishopric of Dunblane was founded in about 1150, but there was an ecclesiastical site here considerably before this. Amongst the possible Common Good assets in Dunblane is the Laighills Park, purchased after a former inhabitant gifted the Burgh Council a sum of money to purchase the land.
