Period Products Act Consultation
Period Poverty and Community access to Free Period Products
The Scottish Government places DIGNITY at the heart of this new law and wants anyone who needs Free Period Products to be able to get them without any issues, questions or embarrassment. The Act says that all responsible bodies, in this case Stirling Council, must make products reasonably easy to obtain, respect dignity and offer a reasonable choice of types of period products.
We need to know what period products people living, working and visiting Stirling want, where they want them and how they want to access them. Your views will help us to get Period Products to the people that need them and to help tackle period poverty.
