Short Term Lets Survey

The Scottish Government brought in to force the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-Term Lets) Order 2022 on 1st March 2022. This Order introduces a mandatory licencing scheme for short-term let operators / hosts and of their premises. All must be licenced by 1st April 2024. All local authorities in Scotland must have a licensing scheme in place from 1st October 2022.

Stirling Council is currently developing a policy for the implementation of a licensing scheme for short-term lets. Answering the following questions will allow for your views to be taken into consideration. There are 12 questions in total and the survey should only take a few minutes to complete.
