Licensing Policy Statement 2024 consultation

Following an initial consultation on the District of Stirling Licensing Policy Statement, the District of Stirling Licensing Board want your views on the updated draft Policy Statement. The policy has been updated in relation to straightforward matters and these are highlighted in the draft document.

This policy provides details on the approach that the Board will take in dealing with applications made for liquor licences. It also sets out how the Board intends to use its statutory functions in line with the Licensing Objectives and its approach to matters such as licensed hours or children's access to licensing premises.
